Speed control system consisting of a brushless motor and a CC-Link IE TSN driver for drive tasks at constant speed. Five power ratings from 30 to 400 W cover motor flanges from 60 to 104 mm. The speed is adjustable between 50 and 4,000 r/min (speed ratio 1:80) and is held constant within ±0.2 % from 0 up to rated torque via the motor's Hall IC feedback; approx. 1.5 times the rated torque is available for short periods. A torque limit function prevents excessive force, and the load holding function holds the load electrically at standstill – without a mechanical brake.
Power Supply & Features
The driver runs on single-phase or three-phase 200–240 V AC (50/60 Hz). 7 programmable inputs, 2 programmable outputs, a connector for a regenerative resistor and monitoring for overload, overvoltage and more are integrated. Up to 16 speeds can be stored as operation data; parameter setting, status monitoring and test operation are done via USB with the Ezi-SPEED Setting software. The motors are rated IP65 (excluding the output shaft section).
CC-Link IE TSN Communication
The driver operates as a remote module in CC-Link IE TSN networks (Gigabit Ethernet, full duplex) according to Class B. It is controlled in Velocity Mode with speed commands via the network or in the manufacturer-specific IO-Map Command Mode based on stored operation data – synchronous or asynchronous with a minimum cycle time of 250 µs. Two network ports allow daisy-chain wiring to the next node with cable lengths of up to 100 m (STP, Cat 5e or higher); the node address is set via a switch and shown on the driver together with alarm codes.
