High-speed counter module with CC-Link IE TSN connectivity for acquiring encoder and pulse signals. Two independent channels count A, B and Z phases with 32 bits and handle pulses up to 4 MHz. Line receiver inputs for line driver encoders and DC inputs for open collector devices (NPN/PNP) are built in. The comparison output function switches an output as soon as the counter reaches a preset value; latch, reset, preset and pulse rate measurement complete the counter functions. The module mounts on a DIN rail.
CC-Link IE TSN communication
The module operates as a Remote Device Station with authentication class B in the CC-Link IE TSN network. It connects via two RJ45 ports using STP cables of category 5e or higher, with up to 100 m between stations.
