Compact closed-loop stepping system with integrated CC-Link IE TSN connectivity for precise, dynamic positioning tasks. Motor, high-resolution encoder and drive are combined in a single unit – saving installation space and reducing wiring. The encoder continuously monitors the current motor position and enables automatic correction of position deviations. The position feedback is evaluated every 50 µs. The system is controlled by an integrated 32-bit controller – with no loss of steps and no elaborate tuning. The motor current is controlled according to the load, which keeps heat generation low. All frame sizes are also available with a holding brake.

CC-Link IE TSN communication
The drive connects via CC-Link IE TSN (Class B) at 1 Gbps with the CiA 402 drive profile. Cyclic Synchronous Position, Profile Position and Homing are supported. Communication can be synchronous (CSP, PP, HM) or asynchronous (PP, HM); the minimum cycle time is 250 µs. The system connects to CC-Link IE TSN masters such as MELSEC MX Controller, MELSEC iQ-R, MELSEC iQ-F, SWM-G or MOVENSYS WMX. The connection is made via two RJ45 ports; cable lengths of up to 100 m between stations are possible.
